Last updated: December 2025
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DevSkill Lab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on DevSkill Lab for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on DevSkill Lab
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by DevSkill Lab at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to:
- Use another user's account without permission
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or limitations
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of DevSkill Lab or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use
User-Generated Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Service.
By posting User Content, you grant DevSkill Lab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any media. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
- The User Content does not violate any third-party rights
- The User Content is not defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- The User Content does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable in our sole discretion.
Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate DevSkill Lab, a DevSkill Lab employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
- To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service
Disclaimer
The materials on DevSkill Lab are provided on an 'as is' basis. DevSkill Lab makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, DevSkill Lab does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall DevSkill Lab or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DevSkill Lab, even if DevSkill Lab or a DevSkill Lab authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DevSkill Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevSkill Lab operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
